This policy explains what information we collect when you use todaysprofessionals.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. What we collect

Information you give us

When you book a discovery call, fill in a form, or email us, we collect what you type: your name, your email address, your phone number, your company, and whatever you tell us about your team and your goals. We collect this because we cannot schedule a call or prepare for it without it.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and the site or search that sent you here. This is aggregate traffic data. We use it to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

How we use your information

We use what you give us to schedule and hold your discovery call, to answer your questions, to send you information you asked for, to prepare and deliver training you have engaged us for, and to send occasional updates about Julie's work if you have opted in. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. We never have.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your booking, an appointment reminder, or a question about your engagement. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect anything else - we will still email you and we will still hold your call.

We do not share your mobile number with anyone for their own marketing, and we do not sell it. Consent to receive text messages is never shared with third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies - small files stored by your browser - to keep the site working properly and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the site, including the booking calendar, may not work correctly if you do.

Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that make this business run, and only so they can do the job we hired them for. That includes the platform that hosts this website and our booking calendar, our email and text messaging providers, and our analytics provider. Each of them is bound to use your information only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if it is necessary to protect our rights, our safety, or someone else's.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and engagement records for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and afterward for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal reasons. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and unsubscribe from any email or text at any time. Ask, and we will honor them.

Children

This site and this practice are for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access-controlled systems. No website or system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we collect as little as we need and we do not pass it around.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes will be flagged clearly rather than slipped in quietly.
